About Us 

Landmark Surveying, P.C. was founded in 1981 by Mark L. VanRaemdonck after he found a need in Shiawassee County and the surrounding areas for a business that would be dedicated solely to boundary surveying, thereby providing an expertise to the community in all matters concerning boundary location and land development. Landmark Surveying has accumulated over 23,000 files representing completed surveys and development projects. Mark has provided expert witness testimony in more than a dozen boundary dispute cases. He has also given seminars on survey related topics to title examiners, realtors, and other interested groups. 

We currently employ two field crew personnel and two drafters. Our field crew uses Leica and Topcon instruments. Drawings are created in Carlson Surveys 2011, which is fully autoCad compatible. We work in areas of Shiawassee County, Clinton County, the West half of Genesee County, and the Northerly parts of Eaton, Ingham, and Livingston Counties.
